Petillon Ceuppens architecten was founded in 2017 by Nicolas Petillon and Dries Ceuppens after having collaborated on several projects. The practice stands for thoughtful architecture, generous and mindful of context, cultural history and building economy. Projects range in scale from small private commissions to public buildings.
Nicolas Petillon studied architecture at the Victor Horta Institute in Brussels (ULB) and at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. After graduating in 2005 he worked for Actar Arquitectura in Barcelona and later for Beel Achtergael, HUB and ONO architectuur. Besides practice he teaches as assistant professor at the University of Antwerp.
